In an effort to extend my healthy eating into the breakfast hour (which I had been skipping entirely, and yes I know that's a bad idea) I bought a box of Kashi Go Lean Crunch at the grocery store last weekend.
It looks like sticks sitting in your bowl. I am not kidding.
It tastes like sticks in your mouth. Maybe more like sticks with a light glaze of sugar.
The after effects? Well, all that fiber was not a good mix with my intestines. I will leave that up to your imagination, but I will say that it was not comfortable.
I am trying my best to be healthy, but maybe not that healthy.

Did you eat the Go Lean Crunch or just the regular Go Lean? I loved the Go Lean Crunch, but couldn't even bring myself to look at the Go Lean regular until I visited Paula in NC and she buys both boxes and mixes them together. Then she adds a mini box of raisins on top ... so much better. So I've alternated between the mixture and just plain Go Lean Crunch (the one with the cluster-y things). And right now I'm big into Raisin Bran Crunch, which doesn't have quite as much fiber in it (might be a good thing for you!).
