Give Me a Break!

I went to the urologist this morning to be told that before they try surgery to fix my issues with bladder infections they want me to have 6 weeks of physical therapy. After the doctor said that, I must have looked as puzzled as I felt. I was in the process of trying to imagine my bladder doing exercises when she stepped in to explain. I have to get physical therapy for my whole pelvic floor (thanks a lot Charlie, Sam, and Evan ). Not really sure how in the world that is going to work, but hopefully it helps!
